Paulina is a therapist with over 10 years counselling experience, who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief and trauma in Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam (The Tri-Cties).

She has training in mindfulness and grounding techniques as well as several years of psychodynamic and CBT work. Her approach is caring, warm and collaborative.

  • Registered Crime Victim Assistance Provider (CVAP)
