I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and trauma in Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam (The Tri-Cties). With 20 years of experience working with Indigenous clients, I have worked in the downtown east side previously and for the past 10 years I have worked through FNHA in private practice. I have clients whose ancestry stems from nations across the country including quite a few from BC. In addition, I am the mom of a teenager with Indigenous heritage and am connected to the Ojibway community (Peguis of Manitoba: an Ojibway Cree Nation) through my family. I have a real love and passion for my work with Indigenous clients and find it the most meaningful part of my practice. At least two thirds of my clients currently are connected to Indigenous communities.

I also have training in mindfulness and grounding techniques as well as several years of psychodynamic and CBT work. My approach is caring, warm and collaborative.
